Nokia Launches Z Launcher for Android

The Finnish company Nokia has unveiled an application, or rather an application launcher, named Z Launcher, which proves that the company still has the spring. The beta version is already available for download, but only for a few motives.
Now that Nokia no longer in telephones, but focuses on network technologies, the Finnish company is working on other projects. And they certainly wants to show the world that they are not idle. The proof is the release of their first application launcher, named Z Launcher, which comes just weeks after the acquisition of its mobile business by Microsoft. This application is not available directly on the Play Store but is available on a specially designed website by Nokia, and in a beta version. In addition, it is not possible to download all terminals or devices. Currently this launcher is only available for Nexus 5, the Galaxy S5 , S4 and S3, Sony Xperia Z1, Moto X, and HTC One.
This launcher has the particularity to focus on simplicity. The interface is pretty sleek, and also looks like Android Stock. Interestingly, five applications or web pages are displayed continuously on the home screen , and referencing the actions you usually do. If you call your mother, her contact will appear. Same thing if you often listen to music on Spotify, the application will be highlighted.
Applications on front screen may vary depending on time of day and activity . The most interesting feature is to draw the first letter of application on the screen to show all applications beginning with that letter and find the one you want. A simple way to replace an archaeological dig in the depths of your smartphone.
