Google Play Store Errors [491, 498, 919 etc.]: Symptoms and Solutions

There are many types of errors that occure while downloading apps from Google Play Store. Today, I'm going to explain how to get get rid of all those errors.

The first prior clarification: Solutions to these errors are based on my personal experiences, as well as several Android users. If you encounter other problems with Google Play Store, please let me know in the comments section and I will try to answer as soon as possible.



Play Google Error 491

Symptoms
  • Downloads and updates impossible.
Solutions
  1. To delete your Google account from your device (Settings> Accounts> Google), then restart your Android and re-add the account you deleted.  
  2. In Settings> Apps> All> Google Services, click Clear data and Force stop.

Play Google Error 498

Symptoms
  • Interrupted downloads from Google Play Store Store
Solutions
  1. The cache of your device is full. Delete some useless or unnecessary applications and also make space by deleting some files you do not need them. After turning the phone into Recovery Mode (Volume Down button, power and home button), here's more information about this recovery mode. Then select wipe cache partition moving up or down with the volume button. To accept using the power button. 

Play Google Error 919

Symptoms
  • Downloading the application works, but installing the same fault.
Solutions
  1. There is simply no more space on your Android. Delete unnecessary data, music, movies, videos or large applications.
Error retrieving information from server

Symptoms
  • Users get this error message during the update or download of an application.
Solutions
  1. Try again to delete your Google account (Settings> Accounts> Google), thereupon restart your Android device and re-enter your account details. 
  2. In Settings> Apps> All> Google Services on click Clear data and Force stop. 

Error 413

Symptoms
  • Downloading apps or updates is impossible. If you use a proxy, remember that it can cause problems with your application Google Play Store. 

Solutions
  1. In Settings> Apps> All> Google Services, click Clear Data and then Force stop.
  2. Proceeds in the same way the Google Play Store.
  3. Empty your browser cache.

Error 923

Symptoms
  • The download is impossible. Error during synchronization of your Google account or insufficient cache. 
Solutions
  1. Delete your Google account
  2. The cache of your device is full. Again try to delete some unnecessary applications and data and reboot into recovery mode. Select wipe cache partition and reboot. 
  3. Re-enter the data from your Google Account 

Error 921

Symptoms
  • You can not download an application
Solution
  1. Try to clear the cache of the Google Play Store. If this does not work, try to delete all application data, but be careful because perdarĂ¡s all settings you have configured. 
  2. Finally, if the problem is fixed you, make the process of removing the Google account, restart and re-enter your details. 

Error 403

Symptoms
  • The download is impossible, usually happens when you compare the've done using different Google accounts to which you have in your Android device.
Solutions
  1. Connect with Google Play Store specific Google account. 
  2. Uninstall the application.
  3. Back to search on Google Play application, then click on the buy button (this is usually where the install button).

Error 492

Symptoms
  • It is impossible to install an application. The problem is the dalvik cache.
Solutions
  1. In Settings> Apps> All> Google Services on click Clear data and then Force Stop.
  2. Do the same on the Google Play Store.
  3. Note: If unfortunately did not solve the problem, try clearing the Dalvik Cache. This comes on the custom recovery mode (if you are root). Another solution is to do a wipe data / factory reset. This option applies to all users and can be done from the recovery mode. Here's more information about the wipes. 

Error 927

Symptoms
  • The download is impossible. An update on Play Store is running.

Solutions
  1. Wait a few minutes to complete your Google Play Store update.
  2. If the problem persists, go to Settings> Applications> todass> Google services, and try clearing data and Force stop. 
  3. Repeat this action, but with the implementation of Google Play Store.
