If you like desktop customization then you know you should change the icons to look much better and more balance. In Linux we can use any file of picture to come in PNG, but in Windows we need icons to be .ICO format.
If you've already downloaded a package that contains only PNG and wants to convert it to .ICO, just use Quick Any2Ico, a simple application that can convert any image to a file .ICO.
Quick Any2Ico is easy to operate. Simply open the program (no installation needed because it is portable) and then choose the source that can be an image in JPG, PNG, BMP or GIF. You can also extract the image of an EXE, DLL or OCX. You must choose where and look for the file you want to convert.
Then select the destination icon when completed. Also choose which format you want to output to the size ranging from 16 × 16 pixels (as for a Favicon ) or is larger than 512 × 512.
