[How To] Change the Priority of WiFi Networks in Windows 8

One of the most noticeable changes in Windows 8 is when using it for a longer time than that required for a simple test, is the lack of an option introduced in Windows 7 and that, I believe, should not have so hidden in Windows 8.

I mean the Wireless Profile manager or administrator wireless networking profile. And yes, although it is true that there are tools created by third parties in order to access this administrator in Windows 8, here we will show you how to do it natively, from the latest Microsoft operating system that is Windows 8.

The procedure is very easy, so do not fear if you're not familiar with the pictures I will place below.
Open a command window and Management writes:

netsh wlan show profiles

That will allow you to see all the networks you have connected and their priority.
Once you have that screen in sight, you'll want to know how to change that data. So for that, look at some special names. For example, if I show you the name of the interface (Wi-Fi in this case), and the name of the network you want to set as priority. Once you do that, type the following (remember to change the names):

netsh wlan September profileorder name = "w1r3l3 $ $" interface = "Wi-Fi" priority = 1

Just in case, I remember that the names should change according to your data are 'w1r3l3 $ $' with the name of your network, and 'Wi-Fi' by the name of your network interface.
That would be all. You see, the name 'w1r3l3 $ $' happened to be up, and the name must have you will have had the same change. I hope you found helpful.
