Spotify, like Rdio, where I find the best services for streaming online music, While both allow you to create playlists and mark them for offline listening, these songs can not carry on mobile unless you pay  few dollars. Now we do not want to pay because we have a smartphone or simply just want to hear from the mobile and also we can move these songs to mp3, iPod or whatever, by using programs like Spotify Recorder.

To use this type of program and operate what we do on the computer where you are going to install? Simple, we need Spotify or Rdio and microphone.
